Pac-Man Speeeaks!
After 25 years of mimehood, Mr. Pac-Man (or should it be Mr. Man?), will finally speak. What fascinating things will he have to say? Will he tell riveting tales of indigestion? Will he tell us about his secret love affairs? Will the world finally know the secrets he hides within?
Doubt it.
But according to PlayStation, Pac-Man will be rather “chatty” in Pac-Man World 3. So who knows what we could get him to admit to after a few beers.
Details reveal:
Namco’s Pac-Man World 3 will feature the vocal talents of Martin T. Sherman as the pellet-hungry yellow guy. It’s a role well-supported by Sherman’s previous work in Gangs of New York, Batman Begins, and Band of Brothers. It turns out Pac-Man will be quite chatty in Pac-Man World 3, not only interacting with other characters, but providing back-story in the game.
Wow… back-story. I think I’d rather know the dirt. Guess it’ll have to wait for Pac-Man Gone Wild: Tales of Drunken Debauchery.
